Arrow 1X8: Vendetta
Added 2024-04-17 21:00:05 +0000 UTCI guess we aren't going to get a trio of vigilantes. At least not right now. I hadn't really warmed up to Helena as much as I thought I should have if she was gonna be part of the group. Although she does know the identities of both Oliver and Diggle, but they also know all the shit she did, so for the time being, it's probably okay. But if she gets arrested for stupid shit later, she could totally use Oliver as a bargaining chip.
Still rolling on the Tommy and Laurel train. Which I'm still not super interested in.
But I am super interested in what's going on with Moira. And I love that IT girl (I do know her name now, but IT girl is just fun to say. Lol.) is helping us out. That means we have a chance for her to end up with Oliver.

I do not like that they are using Helena to force Oliver and Laurel on us. Helena is on crack. I had to roll my eyes at that mess, lol. I will never buy that Oliver and Laurel had some big epic love story back in the day and I certainly don't buy that it's still there. All tell, no show. It's only epi 8, but the force feeding with them is so obv, it's turning me off more.

You can see the names are the same when Walter flips through it. Why you have so many questions surrounding the list is because what we know about it is based on assumptions from Oliver. His father told him nothing specific about the list. He gave him a blank notebook and told him to right his wrongs. Oliver only accidentally revealed the list. He really had no clue what the notebook was aside from his father's cryptic last words. He can't exactly ask his father to elaborate on it now. What we do know is that both Moira and Malcolm (Tommy's father) know about the list and what it is, per their conversation in the car. (As did Robert, Oliver's father) So they hold the key to finding it out. What is the list? Why is it written in invisible ink? Why is Moira hiding it in a secret box in a secret location? Why are there multiple copies? Walter tasking Felicity with the mystery of the notebook he got from his wife, highlights that this is indeed a mystery. And like Felicity said, one that needs to be solved. I do love that this brings Felicity more into the main story. I don't think it's spoiler-ish to say that season 1 is a mystery. Your frustration with the details of the notebook is valid and will become clear as the season unfolds. You should be questioning it.
