The 100 1X3: Earth Kills
Added 2024-04-10 22:30:01 +0000 UTCOur entire Ark storyline was in flashbacks, so I have no idea what's going on with Abby, Raven and that tiny ass pod. And I really want to see if it's moving along. They are so out of time! But the Ark story we did get was awesome.
I'm annoyed that Bellamy is becoming a complicated character. Lol. (I mean, I'm not really, but it was so easy to just shove him into the 'bad' box and move on.) He's like a real person now and I need to account accordingly.
I knew all couldn't be as it seemed with Wells and Clarke's dad. In hindsight, I feel like I should have been able to see that her mom was the one who informed the chancellor.
Jasper is alive!
But Wells is maybe not? What the fuck, Charlotte? I do think he's gonna live, but how fucked up is this? This is why you don't give children weapons with ridiculous, vague advice.

I love how complicated the characters are. I think this is the first episode where we see that Bellamy does actually care about the kids following him. He cares about him and Octavia first but he does take the job of leader seriously. I think it was interesting too to see Bellamy realize that Clarke does have the "guts" to do the hard thing and make the hard calls and I think it made him respect her and trust her judgment a bit. Like he was struggling to find the guts to put Adam out of his misery but Clarke took the knife and just went for it. I really appreciate that you noticed that Charolette was trying to imitate Clarke cause most reactors I've seen don't get it. It's so messed up but it's also so interesting that both Bellamy and Clarke accidentally got her to that moment where she thought she could slay her demons and make it not hurt someone. Though obviously, death is harmful but I hope you get what I mean. I can see both sides of the tell people vs don't tell people but I can't get onboard with Abby telling on her husband. I just feel like that was a very extreme action that she should have known the consequences of and she should have discussed the Earth option before her husband was about to be floated.
