I love that in Tenzin, we see get to see what Aang might have been like in his prime. Like Zaheer has steamrolled just about everybody else throughout the season, but he's on the run from Tenzin most of the time.

2024-05-29 02:05:15 +0000 UTCKorra battle with zaheer is much more satisfying than ozai and aang, like yeah visually its amazing but with aang and ozai, aang started by running from ozai, then ozai from aang, with korra vs zaheer, both parties are fighting, zaheer looked like he was running but he was buying time for the poison to affect korra more, if you put aang in korras position i dont think hed last, and korra will not hesitate to take a life of someone who is doin all the evil things. Korra has been through SO MUCH in SO LITTLE time. Cant wait to watch the next season with ya!

2024-05-28 19:12:04 +0000 UTCThe Kuvira attention may seem random, but she’s actually been hanging out in the background a lot this season, starting from the same scene where we met Su. Kuvira was one of the central metalbending dancers Su was choreographing. You can tell Kuvira apart from other Zao Fu guards because of the mole on her cheek.

2024-05-27 00:49:00 +0000 UTCThe reason Korra was crying was because she feels absolutely helpless. Her physique and physical strength is something she’s always prided herself on. She can’t help anyone now. Her entire identity since she found out she was the avatar at 4 years old was to BE the avatar and help people. She’s been training since then. She was about to end her life at the end of season 1 because she felt devastated about losing her bending. Now that’s she’s in a wheelchair and and seeing others take on her role while she can’t do anything she’s feeling the most helpless she’s ever felt before and is now feeling broken beyond repair.

2024-05-26 20:55:04 +0000 UTCI think a big reason Korra reacted the way she did at the end is just because she’s so broken right now. Both physically and emotionally/spiritually. She won the fight with Zaheer but it drained her and left her broken. 😢 Now she realizes she’s helpless, which (as we learned in season 1 w/Amon) is something she has a hard time with.
