Added 2024-11-22 15:37:18 +0000 UTCAfter a few weeks so far, we're at the midway point between v0.18 and v0.19! So far, I've been able to add the new outfit for Mimi "Techno" into the game as the next Challege difficulty outfit. Her background is still in progress but will be completed for v0.19.
Next up, there are a few helpful changes to Cards for beginner players. Cards will now display their Damage number (accurately calculated based on the most damage you can do that turn), a warning for if you don't have the Attack Card's energy, and will display the Lucky clover if you have Lucky status for a card that requires Coin Flips. Other effects have also been added including Balancing Act, Mana Generator, and Confuse.
Another feature that's in the works is the Custom Outfit shop. You'll be able to cash-out some of those Tokens burning a hole in your digital pocket for some new outfits that the opponents can wear. For v0.19, only Easy/Medium/Hard will be able to be customized, but in a future update you'll be able to customize even the Challenge difficulty outfits.
Lastly for this week, I can share progress on the new Lewd Loop coming in v0.19. K.C. will "befriend" a very clingy octopus friend. The art and rig is completed and will be animated and shown once it's all ready 🙏

Managed to clear 0.18 with burn. The buff definitely puts it above other mechanic in dealing damage over time. If there's any bugs: - Deckbuilding still seems to add an extra number of energy - Flutter doesn't deal any damage when there is no card to be discarded - Mascot only draws 1 card from the discard pile when there's exactly two cards in it Looking forward to the constant update

2024-11-24 15:28:34 +0000 UTCPLEASE nerf the K.C. EX card to do 10 damage instead of 20. That card alone makes K.C. hard mode so much more difficult than any other character on hard mode. As it stands, she can just keep drawing it and she does 40 damage almost every single turn, which is insane. Other than that, I've been really enjoying the game so far.
