It took me multiple times emailing them about my situation and I can't believe it but in their contact us page, the specifically said to say that you're a paying customer so that they respond to you ASAP, well they're honest about wanting money so I can't blame them for that! After 2 tries of making emails with the subject my account is parked, I changed it to I'm a paying customer and said the problem on the main body of the message instead now lol and lo and behold response in 2 hours instead of bot accounts! Phew I'll have be careful about when I'm autopiloting at work, I can't believe this happened, but crisis averted guys, cheers!
