2023-07-26 11:20:36 +0000 UTCSo it's obviously far too much of an ask for someone who barely liked it, BUT: I'm interested if Kefin would have liked this movie more if he watched it immediately after Casino Royale. As it's own movie, it's pretty bad, but as a 4th act to Casino Royale, it's actually a lot better. By which I mean it goes from a 2/5 to a 3/5, so it's still not a classic by any means, but it can make for a fun double-feature. Personally I think "Skyfall" (the next one) is the 2nd best Craig movie IF you go in expecting a James Bond movie. The worst thing you can do is overanalyze and nitpick it, and I think that's where a lot of the backlash to it came from. "Spectre" is...well, we'll get there.
