Added 2018-08-02 18:38:52 +0000 UTCSo apparently Patreon changed their banking system somewhere else in Europe, this has made Patreon to decline many of your contribution marking it as fraud. so be sure to contact your bank/company, apparently this is easy to fix or consider updating your payment info

The simplest solution is to make a PayPal account, connect your card/bank account to that PayPal account, then update your pledge with the PayPal account. This way, PayPal will be "talking" to your bank, rather than a company not based where you live.
