[Episode Deneb] Progress Update VI

Greetings,

happy new year to everyone. After that's done. Let's start the new year with frustration...

Animation

I posed a few animations which I tried to render as I always did before. Anyway, I can't render them. I try to spare the technical details. However, I spent a good amount of time last week to figure out why and how to fix it without success. I optimized my characters and textures to go without geo-shells to be more resourceful. I can render image after image, but animations don't work. I try to figure out why, but I lost so much time last week on that, it's really frustrating.

Rendering

I only managed to do around 30 images this week as I was determined to fix the animation thing.

As the animation approach doesn't work, I can't even batch render over night. So I need to think of solution for this as well. I may could export each frame as a single package and batch process it in the octane standalone, but that's also a time-consuming workaround.

Music

I could work on some tracks for the game and finished 3 tracks that could be listened too in the Patreon channel on my discord. A few more are nearly finished.

Current status

~ 150 rendered and edited images

~ 15% of scripting done
