Monthly vote: The Chilling Chill of Halloween

And as every new month we have a new Monthly vote.
You may be thinking “yo, Senor, if you were going to do Halloween stuff then the Halloween vote should had been last month, you messed up”, but not really, just in part, cause we are going to have a very special and spooky surprise this month with the Monthly art that should fill up the spooky TF needs of everybody.
We are in the last trimester of the year, which apart from Halloween includes my birthday and Xmas, so instead of a fixed theme is going to be a bit open to the mood of the moment and kinda based around sequels, but just kinda.
Do this thematic trimester thing was neat? We may have to make an inquiry about it before the end of the year... dang this cursed year...
But yeah, Monthly vote, to compensate all the spook around this month is going to be about chilling TFs in which the TF leads to a sorta nice outcome... yeah, you do can chill will chilling, nO?
