it is still in its testing faze so only paying members can be invited. it will probably be open to all at some point with special servers for members.
Click Settings from the left side menu
Click More and then Connected Apps
Click Discord and then click Connect

Find the three lines in the top left corner then got to settings and scroll over to connected apps at the top
