She’s one of the best fliers in the cast and easily the most graceful. And like any pegasus, she can’t resist an opportunity to show off for her crush. Maybe someday I’ll do a little comic with Bruce and Stormy, because even when those two were just friends Stormy was 100% obvious showing off/wing flirting for his oblivious idiot earth pony pal
