Meeting the Fam (WIP)
Added 2020-01-03 22:13:35 +0000 UTCsloppy wip of Belle getting to meet some of Huck's little siblings (I imagine Belle pestered Huck about officially meeting his family and he eventually caved, despite being estranged from them for years at this point. It makes for a very awkward reunion)
fun fact: all of Huck's siblings are named after foods Mama McColt was craving when pregnant with each of them
None of the kids are happy about how Big Brother ("Bubba") straight up ditched the family farm to go be a fancy lawyer in Canterlot. Huck is considered a traitor, too-big-for-his-britches, and the kids maintain this attitude to cover up the fact that they were hurt and secretly missed him. Also, they're gonna ask a lot of intrusive and rude questions of Belle, mortifying Huck.
Fortunately, Belle isn't the type to cower in the face of a few bratty pipsqueaks, and will step in personally to resolve this miniature family feud once and for all.

2020-01-03 22:45:59 +0000 UTCI feel like if Huck’s mom ever let her guard down to Belle, she’d keep in mind of the first meal she had made for them and give them that nickname. Belle ain’t sure if “ Skunk Potluck “ is meant to be a compliment or an insult.
