I went to the forest to the lake but nothing happens there. Edit: Never mind, it happened when I talked to the dog to take him with me. But still, the dog was smelly for like 6 in-game days and I took him with me every day. So for the people who can't trigger the scene, talk to the dog every day and be patient I guess.
