Walkthrough!
Added 2016-04-05 09:33:39 +0000 UTCYes, finally. As always, in first part there are just general hints and the second part is detailed walkthrough. Remember, there are spoilers in this post so don't read it if you haven't tried the game yet.
Hints:
-Check out herbalist shop and bar during day and night. There is continuation of this quest now.
-Old woman in village can help you and she has a lot to tell. Also, feast!
-If you can't find the bear look for the green marks on the ground
-Talk with Marienne during the day, Thomlin and Ela during the night. All have new events.
-You probably don't want to find black powder.
-Search the forest during the day.
-Lever to the grate is really close by.
-Trader Rep. has few things to say too.
Detailed:
Day 1:
Pretty straightforward. Finding keys is easy enough.
-Guy who knows location of the chest is in armory.
-Book about dispelling is in the library, small room, right side.
For bonus stuff just make sure to talk with Ela(1st floor) and Marienne(2nd floor) in castle and spar with guys in the yard.
-On top of southwest tower is soldier who will have a riddle for you.
-Inside the castle you can read chamberlain mind to get some info about Ela.
Night 1:
-Grab swimsuit.
-Talk with Ela. She is on the 3rd floor of Tower. If you read chamberlain mind she will have extra dialog.
-Talk with guys in the yard.
-Go out through the gate, and click on the stone in forest.
Day 2:
-Talk with the Commander.
-Talk with the Thomlin in Armory.
-From now on you can talk with Marienne (2nd floor castle) everyday. If you choose right topic she will wait for you in the yard in the evening for extra event.
-Go to the town hall. Read receptionist mind go upstairs and talk with guy in top left room.
-Go to the bar, get information from Trade Rep (3 ways of doing it).
-Go back to the castle and talk with the Commander.
-Go to the forest follow the road to the village.
-Talk with Party leader, wait until he finish his conversation and talk with him again and go look for bear.
-Look at the green spots on the ground and follow them to find the bear.
-There is extra scene before finding the bear. I won't tell you how you can get it.
-After event with bear go back to the castle.
Night 2:
From now on you can do things in any order. There are few events that can advance time. I strongly recommend to walk around the town on day 2 to unlock them as soon as possible.
Forest during scouting party.
-Few soldiers here and there.
-Small talk with Thomlin here and there.
-Goblins in the south.
Punks in the bar:
-Go to the bar during the night and "talk" with them.
-Go report them to the town hall next day.
Village
-Old women near well. Talk to here often because she has a lot to tell.
-Traveling merchant after scene in the bar during the day.
Town day:
-Cat.
-Church (you can pray to get bonus).
-Shops (you can buy stuff, obviously).
-Town hall 2nd floor, you can eavesdrop a bit.
-Punks in the bar.
Town Night
-Ela's house (you can meet her there sometimes).
-Almost all dialog differ in the day so it's worth to check everything just once.
Mana
If you spent most of your mana in the morning Ravy will complain and you'll have to find a way to recover it.
Thomlin
-Find Thomlin after scouting party (during the night). You can hang out with him every night. Things between them might get awkward but if Ravy is bold enough everything will be okay. Also using up your mana might help with conversations.
Ela
-Talk with Ela few times, invite her to swim, make her like you even more.
-Take her swimming
-Go talk to her next night.
-She isn't in the tower, so try to find her in her house.
-Ask her mnother.
-Search for her in the castle (tower F3).
-Ask somebody to help you find her (Aldis, Thomlin, Harris). You can also bring the dog with you.
-Find her before time runs out (there is short bad end here). She's on the right edge of the town.
-If you lose there is bad ending.
Dog
-There is a dog in the forest. He is tied to the tree during the day in the northern part of the forest.
-Bring him food from restaurant or castle cook.-Give him cool name and bring him home, ask father.
-Ask Aldis for help with building a kennel.-Buy boards in carpenter shop.-Build the kennel.
-Next day talk with Aldis and go for a trip. You can bring a dog.-To get out you need a shovel. It is behind the grate.
-To open the gate you need to pull a lever, it's next to the grate in rock on the left.-In next map watch out for dirt or you'll have to fight a lot of bats. Shovel is in the bottom of the screen.
-Go back to the entrance.
-Now you need to check out second part of the cave. Just go to the left when the road splits. The grate is to the right.
-The are few bats and exit is on the right.
-There are tree barrels in the top middle of the map. In one of them is blackpowder, but remember, you probably don't want to find it.
-On the next map to the right there is a dead end and the boss. Fight it and go back to the entrance.
-If you have powder just finish this quest, if not Ravy will need some convincing to finish this quest in the other way. Just keep clicking.
-If you bring the dog with you there is a little scene next to the church.
Frost Weed:
-Go to the herbalist shop.
-Look for information (library, ask father).
-Talk with Old women in the village about it.
-Next day go to the forest and use charm stone through your menu to find it. (You can find it without the charm stone but you need it to pick it up, sorry).
-Go to the herbalist during the day.
-Go there once more next day.
-Go to herbalist son's house. Just head out to the south when you are in the town.
-There is a goblin here, you can kill him or spare him. In next ver. there will be consequences of your choice.
-Keep visiting until you get message "this is all in this ver".
Library
-You can advance time here. I don't know if I should leave this option available, tell me what you think.
Feast
-You can go the the feast at night. To go there second time Ravy needs to be bold enough.
That's it, I think. Just remember, events might slightly differ depending on your previous decisions, also current decisions will affect upcoming events.

can't find Thom no matter what... any hint? Also, the first time I tried there was a messege telling to look for him, but after an unexpected event I decided to restart (trying to get intimate only with him), and this time the messege isn't appearing, is there siomething I need to do to "unlock" the quest?

2016-04-06 09:20:01 +0000 UTCWell, traveling merchant is supposed to leave so it's not a bug. As for Thomlin you just have to find him. Look in barracks then ask Aldis, and then look for him in the forest.
2016-04-06 09:17:16 +0000 UTCThanks for the walkthrough, it was educational. I think you should keep the library scene. Although, consider alternate book reading options. Instead of reading the entire book in one day, maybe just a chapter a day. You can even include a small amount of experience as a reward. Also, why has no one mentioned the fact that the 400 gold for Ravy's birthday gift on day one doesn't add to the total amount of gold she has on hand?

2016-04-06 06:56:37 +0000 UTCBug report.. The traveling salesman seems to go traveling after you leave the forest once you have defeated the bear. I've returned both day and night and he's not there anymore. Also can't get the night event with Thomlin after day 2 either, Instead aldis just asks me to talk to him tomorrow in the castle.
