Back when parents were worried that horror comic books would adversely influence their children, panicked publishers created the Comics Code Authority. The CCA forced writers and artists to follow strict rules about what they could and couldn't include in their comics. Horror comics couldn't even include classic monsters like vampires, zombies or werewolves. But what happened when one of the writers at DC Comics was a literal "Wolfman?" Scott explains this weird part of comic book history!
