2017-11-20 23:08:28 +0000 UTCYou sound a lot like me when I'm at work - we're currently in the _27th month_ of a website migration project (these projects usually only last 24 months) and we're only in the _beginning_ stages of the project because we've had so many false starts and problems with workflow. We're finally hitting our stride now, but 9 months in we were definitely flailing, probably more than you all. You may feel like it should've clicked by now, but it doesn't always - and it still might.
