This is really exciting! I'm looking forward to this! I don't really have any advice to give you though, since any ideas I had has already been made, but maybe you could fan votes for things. Like...who is the superhero of the week or something? I don't know, I've see those a lot on websites, and they just seem to have a charm about them. I think for introducing a video series that a random person may not be familiar about, the simplest and easiest way is just to introduce the video with a short explanation of what the series is about, like you've been doing. Apart from that, any ideas I have has already been mentioned. Hope any of this helped.
