Monday week 1 Update

Hello all, 

I am going to put up updates on Mondays OR when their is something significant to post.

Today I had a bone marrow biopsy, and I have not yet been told the results. However the doctors say that due to my excellent Health they can treat my condition fully. They are all but sure I will not only survive this but be cured.  It would appear it is things like high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, and other conditions that make this hard to treat. Since I have none of these they can go full on attack mode and hammer this before it goes any further. 

Since my overall health is so good, they expect me to recover quickly.  They suspect I might not even need radiation, and very little chemo. Not even enough to cause the more sever side effects. Most of my condition can be treated with regular steroid injections.

I have to admit I was very frightened when I made the first post. The doctors were all trying to cheer me up and assure me without evidence that I was going to be alright. Now they have evidence and it is better than they expected. 

I am going to have a biopsy of  a lymph node in 14 hours. I am told this will give them a full picture of the condition and how to treat it properly. This will be the final test before they go on full attack. They say an average person needs 2-3 weeks in the hospital, but since I am so healthy I could be out in as little as 5 days.

It's too soon to say of course but the doctors are now saying I am going to brush this aside with ease. I am feeling far more confident now that they have test results to back up these claims.

anyway, thank you all for you kind words, it really helped me want to live on so I could keep writing.
