But here's the zip file for Arcane Viewing 0.4 which adds camera tokens and experimentatl support for video effects.
Apart from that, for those of you having trouble with the Audio/Video conferencing in FVTT 0.4.3 because you are self hosting and can't figure out the port forwarding, or you just don't want to do it, here is my custom server which you can use. It is set up properly to work with FVTT and has a working relay server configured :
