Updates to FVTT Modules

Hi everyone!

I'm releasing an update to most of my modules with support for FVTT 0.4.x as well as some small improvements to some of those modules.

You can update Furnace, Permission Viewer, Polyglot, Entity Order and Popout directly from FVTT to get the latest version which should now work with 0.4.x. Note that if you are still on FVTT 0.3.x, then it won't work anymore if you update the modules and I will not be keeping them backward compatible. Thanks to @Deuce by the way, who did the port for Polyglot.

If FVTT doesn't find an update for the module, that's probably because I have also taken this opportunity to change the way modules are served and their installation URL may have changed, so I would suggest you uninstall the modules that fail to update and re-install them with their new install URL :

  Furnace was updated to work with 0.4.x and fixed a couple of bugs with the drawings. Note that fill color will not put a tint on the textures anymore but will actually be a fill color behind the textures.
  I have also removed the proof of concept macro system I had before and added context menu options on folders to sort entities alphabetically.

  Popout has been update to work with 0.4.x and also I changed the way that popped out windows work. Now you will see the sheet maximized in the new window and fully usable. This means that those who found it annoying to have a small character sheet open above a larger & unusable one won't have to worry about that anymore.

  This module is now deprecated as its functionality was merged into core. The only thing it does is port the order of your entities from the module flags into the core database. The 'sort alphabetically' option that it was adding to folders has now been moved into the Furnace module.

I have not and will not update the zorder and infinite-folders modules because they are deprecated anyway and I'm not interested in keeping them up to date. 

Apart from that, I am also releasing a major update to Arcane Viewing. I've worked on it a lot in the recent weeks, where I've rewritten most of it in effort to make it good clean code with as few bugs as possible. I consider this to be a final (non-beta) release of the module.

The Arcane Viewing module is for my Patrons only and I will post a separate post with all the details about it in a few minutes, but you can see it working in the video above (as well as in my own D&D session from earlier this week on twitch where adding video to the game added a whole other dimension to it).
