Small module updates, FVTT 0.3.9

Another quick update. With FVTT 0.3.9 out, it changed some APIs and both my Furnace and PermissionViewer modules broke as a result. I've fixed them both and released the updates (just use the FVTT module update system), so if you're on FVTT 0.3.9, please update your modules to get them to not break your world!
However, if you are still on 0.3.8, do not update the modules yet, as you will simply not be able to enable them as they require 0.3.9 as the minimum core version due to the API change.
Also note that the Entity Order module is now deprecated as its functionality is completely replicated in the core features of FVTT 0.3.9 so I suggest removing it, and I won't be maintaining it anymore.
P.S.: The FVTT release is awesome, and we should all celebrate! Hooray for Atropos! :D
