Website woes

This will be enough to pay for all the things I need and to pay royalroad for providing such a wonderful site to list my story on. I am looking forward to the very first donator. I feel like I need to open a bottle of champagne when that happens. Assuming I could afford it! ha!
I want to call myself a starving artist but I learned recently that authors aren't considered artists. Were just authors and then inside the term "Author" your not an author unless you have a traditionally published book. So that means I am a writer, but then the "real" writers consider it an insult to say your a writer unless you have published screenplays or write for a major publication. So I guess that means I am an wannabe?
I wonder how many of these "published" writers and authors get 1000 reads a day?
