References- Pintrest for just head posing and certain close up of textures and cloth items (keywords I use can be portrait photography / [insert cloth] textures]. For body posing, when i'm stuck in a ditch I use the clip studio paint 3d models (main focus is NOT to trace it but to figure out perspective and where the limbs go, tracing the 3d models (in my experience) often makes the pose look stiff and uncomfy) nsfw references (pornography of your choosing via gifs or video or photography website that holds those references, no shame in just trying to find how the body contorts in strange poses) and when im really in a ditch and need specific posing with specific lighting I use blender with body assets from the internet and then move them around etc etc.
Inspiration - Music, other people's creativity and artwork online, movies and books! My current inspiration has been this book ive been reading called Mistborn by Brendon Sanderson and the magic and character building have inspired me to make more character interactions and maybe develop a magic system for my ocs! all that fun stuff
