Ripli has put significant detail into the text boxes throughout the comic. The borders, letters, backgrounds, and shapes themselves have been used extensively to convey who is talking, what is talking, and how they are talking. I believe that this is perhaps a fallen angel, since the two we know of have been shown to have the color black emphasized within their text boxes. This can be seen well in Chapter 4 page 64. Unless it is a new character, I believe Hilix is perhaps the one who said "No!" However, Hilix hasn't been shown to ever have red text, even when yelling, like on Chapter 4 page 24.
