I have high hopes to. Bernthal tells a story about after getting Punisher role, he went to a comic store and was grabbing random Punisher stuff. The counter guy was like 'Nah, put all that down' and loaded him up with all the important Punisher comics runs (Mike Baron, Garth Ennis, etc) and told him not to fuck it up. He agreed.

2025-04-25 20:01:45 +0000 UTCI Can’t Wait to see The Special Presentation of The Punisher, because Jon Bernthal is co-writing it with Reinaldo Marcus Green (director of King Richard which Jon was also in). Knowing Jon is writing this himself and he knows what this character needs could have the potential to be the project ever with the Punisher in it.
