Wtf? For some reason I totally missed these eps! It felt like it had been a while since you last dropped Sunny, I thought you might be sidelining it for Daredevil or something. My mistake, lmfao

2025-03-16 17:46:36 +0000 UTCI don't know if you'll see this, but just so you know, Brooklyn Nine Nine may have started on Fox, but Fox canceled it and NBC picked it up. So, it's still the same studio/network as Community and The Office. It's a shame if NBC is a bit difficult to work around because they have put out some incredible shows.

2025-03-05 12:31:39 +0000 UTCthe laser tag "playing the game grinding it out" meaning sticking with the formula that got the show successful vs just having fun and being able to explore new creative outputs was a metaphor for the show. big mo is the next big show that will take their place and turn them into fart ghosts lol people were thinking this might be the last season but they dispel that in the end. similar episode "gang desperately tries to win an award" also had that meta layer

2025-03-04 08:22:54 +0000 UTCEpisode 10 is based on the play "Waiting For Godot". Apparently it's supposed to be kinda famous/significant. Also, I LOVED laser tag when I was growing up. There was a franchise called "Photon" that had a place in the Chicago area, and their 2 arenas were massive (compared to ones I'd seen since then).
