Dee saying "syphilis, syphilis" during the mic check was a reference to a Wayne's World SNL skit. Tom Hanks's character does a mic check for the band and says "sibilance, sibilance" (which is a term for something to do with the "sss" sounds in words). Dee was actually making a pretty good joke that their sound people didn't get. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EPVL45WkH84 Also, Frank's burping and confession on the microphone in the bathroom are in reference to what happened in an HBO documentary "The Jinx". The jokes and all-around concept land a lot harder if you've seen it, especially the Charlie parts lol... Worth a watch! Keep up the great work, as always. Love that you're lovin season 12 π π€
