It is even and better and a get location, NYC as a prison, Escape From NEw York. Even better is the story about where they really filmed most of it in St Louis after afire destroyed part of the city.

2023-04-28 00:38:10 +0000 UTCThe Three Storms costume design (and goofy weapons in their first scene) are a nod to the The Bentenrai Brothers in Lone Wolf and Cub: Baby Cart Across the River Styx. That film is much less Scooby-doo and much more grindhouse of course.
