Super glad I was able to get this one in right before the new month! Back from the road trip and I gotta say...Vermont has some Stranger Things vibes going on over there. Highly recommend checking out if you don't mind the Demigorgons. Loved this season...what are your thoughts?

2022-08-03 16:16:38 +0000 UTCDude I recently spent a week on a lake in New Hampshire... first time I heard a loon (bird). Funny thing is I learned that call in boyscouts years ago and did it back. This loon right away was "who the F is on my lake" and started doing perimeter sweeps. Very territorial. I'm pretty sure a UFO using predator camo was hoving just over the trees one night. Very strange. It was like the size of a parking lot. Looked like stars but... CLOSE and kind of like a flat triangle. Could have been my brain doing a "magic eye" optical illusion but it was only that one night...
