This was my first time watching this film and man did i fall in love with it and i agree with you that most of it is an internal experience as to why this film connected with me so much. Even teared up a couple of times. What a beautiful film. Great reaction dude.

And it's a movie that could be a thousand minutes more, because I always love every minute of it (even the ones that hurt) when I rewatch it every ~3-5 years. I'm glad you got around to it. So if you ever feel like revisiting this, get the extended cut, sit back and enjoy.
