Patreon Tier Adjustment

So it's come to my attention that the Tippers tier of Patreon is, sadly, not worth keeping around, especially with the hassle of making specific channels and whatnot to ensure they don't go to areas with rewards they shouldn't be getting. For the past several months it has had no patrons, save for 1 for a couple of months. To those patrons, I apologize for the inconvenience, but I'm going to be removing the Tippers Tier effective immediately.
If this bothers the tippers tier member, I will offer a refund.
