Tombstone is this best movie without a director. It's rumored that Kurt Russell took on a lot of the directorial duties. Anyways it's a lot of people's all-time favorite movie and not many people have reacted to it.
2020-12-18 19:54:22 +0000 UTCThe Nice Guys is an underrated film if you haven’t seen it. Ryan Gosling and Russell Crowe, directed by Shane Black.
2020-12-11 17:37:15 +0000 UTCPlease add "Sin City" 2005 to the poll.

2020-12-09 22:32:27 +0000 UTCThese are all such great choices. Love Lost in Tran! City of God and HEAT are both such epics-yet made with such different tones and styles. My vote is goin' for Brazil!

2020-12-08 00:23:16 +0000 UTCI predicted Heat would win immediately by a landslide if you put it up in a poll. I stand corrected, it took a second turn but a landslide it is. Glad you got to see Leon and can't wait to see you react to Michael Mann's masterpiece (and Moon, beautiful little movie).
Paul Steffens
2020-12-07 23:50:30 +0000 UTCThe reason I suggest Gattaca is because, it's got a great cast (Ethan Hawke, Jude Law, Uma Thurman), fantastic OST (Michael Nyman, composer of The Piano), classic narrative themes and above all distinctive art design. The thing I love most about it is that even though it's a scifi film made in 1997 it looks like it could have been made today, in the future. It has this 1930's noir look that makes it timeless.

2020-12-07 17:34:00 +0000 UTCIf the picture looks anything like Portrait of a Lady on Fire I think I’ll cry haha. That film is SO GORGEOUS.

2020-12-07 17:19:42 +0000 UTCI think you’ll appreciate the tone of Call Me By Your Name since you loved Portrait of a Lady on Fire so much! I absolutely love both of these films. So subtle and well acted. Beautiful cinematography.

2020-12-07 17:01:12 +0000 UTCI could easily go for more than 2 here but I REALLY want to see your reactions to Heat & TAOJJBTCRF so I don't want to give the others a push 😁 I'm gonna take a guess here; are you not including Fight Club in the polls because you've already seen it?
Richard Akhtar-Dobson
2020-12-07 16:57:01 +0000 UTCCall Me By Your Name is just one of those films that looks like a painting. Gorgeous film.
Walder Frey
2020-12-07 16:56:38 +0000 UTCall Imma say is James would pop off very hard from Barry Lyndon’s cinematography (and it’d be his first Kubrick :D)
