Ah, thank you! I am Turkish and I was trying to figure out "Soze" because it kinda spells like a Turkish word (definitely not read like one) but this made me figure it out! "Sözel" is "verbal" in Turkish. Then I googled his name and there they were, the dots of "ö" in his surname. Apparently they were inspired by the phrase "söze boğmak" which literally means "to drown someone in words." Brilliant!

2020-11-10 14:33:07 +0000 UTCSaw this in the theatres when it first came out. What a great ending. People went out of their way not to spoil the ending for others. If I recall correctly, Soze translates to "one who talks too much" in Turkish or something like that (in other words, verbal).
