I never realized that was Isabella Rossellini in Enemy! It’s totally obvious though now that you mention it. Enemy is a really solid film, I think it was my first encounter with heavy surrealism in cinema.

Since you have Mandy on your patreon poll, you should definitely add Beyond the Black Rainbow to the list, the director of Mandy's debut film, as i think you'll fall in love with the art direction and themes of social oppression.

Well, I figured might as well join and support you. I watched the platform last week and thought it was one of the most intense films I’ve seen in quite some time. I consider myself a horror guru, and would have to say it was up there. A lot of horror movies these days rely on cheap jump scares. Platform has that naturalistic horror feel to it. I’m curious to know what other horror movies you haven’t seen. In case you haven’t seen them yet, I’d recommend: 28 days later and 28 weeks later. The wailing (Korean horror), Hush, Hereditary, and the Devil’s Candy. I’m sure there’s plenty more

Let's get some more votes one Enemy. Great compliment if for Lynch movies with the surrealism and vast potential for interpretation. Also it stars Isabella Rossellini as the mother who is also in Lynch's Blue Velvet. There are many great choices in this poll though and any would be great. 👍🏻

Damn I actually had no idea, that’s crazy 🤯 you’re totally right though I looked it up, same kid. He’s also in that movie Jonah Hill directed that was really good! I actually am not a gamer at all but my roommate loves that fucking game and I’ve heard that voice 10000 times.

I hope Killing of a Sacred Deer gets a shot! It’s totally absurd but so good. Really weird like Lynch but in a completely different way. Almost like Lynch’s surrealism with Kubrick’s immaculate framing.
