Minor Change to Tier 4
Added 2017-11-24 11:00:59 +0000 UTCHeyo everyone. Basically for the sake of simplicity for the time being until I get more of my commissions under control, I'm going to try and lighten my work load a bit by reducing Tier 4 from 4 slots to 3.
