Health issue updates
Added 2021-09-11 11:23:42 +0000 UTCHello everyone, hope you are all doing good and being healthy. I wanted to update you a bit on what happened lately, I had 3 health issues lately that kinda loop... I had for a whole week of stomachaches, I was unable to eat anything without having pains. The reason ? Probably the medicine I used for my *drum rolls* backaches so I had to stop taking the medicine but that gave me even worse backaches (bent in 2 really). And of course, as you can imagine, I was enable to sleep (yeah third health issue, not really health but NOT sleeping is horrible).
Also we lose someone at work so more work (yeah...).

Thanks a lot, I bought a belt to ease my back a bit and bought an electric stimulation belt for it too. Will try to do sport but very gently, I'm already doing lots of working to lose weight to ease my back even more.
