2023-12-19 16:24:47 +0000 UTCA cool fact about recent (maybe the last 15 or 20 years?) hospital child birth is that many hospitals have installed "birthing bars" which are there to help people squat during labor and delivery. Yoga balls have also become pretty commonplace in most birthing wards. Not to say there's not a ton of other stuff that needs be addressed about how birth happens in America, but there is progress because of peoples' hard work and I think that's rad.

She used to be one of the "I like the guys but why do they need a parade" people & now she's pretty sure she's bi & gender fluid!
