Use an anonymous tab. Seems to be caused by having multiple profiles logged into your browser. If that doesn't work DM me

The patron list only updates once an hour. If you were billed very recently it might be outdated. Could also be timezone shenanigans. If waiting an hour/day doesn't help DM me.
