Just as their dream is within reach, the best friend has a tragic accident (white van perhaps?) that leaves him in a coma. Desperate to keep their dream alive while she holds on hope that he’ll recover, the FL turns to an unlikely partner - her best friend’s twin brother, who she’s butted heads with ever since their first meeting. Her friend’s brother is a grumpy know-it-all, who’s way more focused on his studies than fame and fortune. What’s more, he has crippling stage fright (and possibly a rain phobia 😉). But when she asks him to step in and pretend to be his brother, he unexpectedly agrees. The more time they spend together, the more the FL realizes he may not have hated her as much as she thought. In fact, it might have been the opposite all along. Will she begin to see him in a new light as they’re forced together and he plays idol? And what happens when the thing they’ve wanted most finally happens and her best friend wakes up? Can they really go back to how things were? (Am I trying to squeeze in Grumpy/sunshine, Best friend’s brother, Forced proximity, He falls first, and Idol love story? Yes, yes I am. I’m hopeless at actors though so won’t try to cast it.)

His best friend is Chae Jong Hyeop and his mom is Kim Hae Sook. Fight me! 😂
