Ok I finished the full pod, it was fun. Lia, don’t feel bad for not liking the action and don’t feel like you need to find positive things! As you can see you are speaking for others here too!! - just wanted to add comment about being bullied for your parents being dead. It is an Asian thing, and it’s Confucian again, because your status and place in the world hinges on your family. If you’re an orphan you’re of lower social status, and your marriage prospects are much reduced cos you don’t have immediate family to help you through your life and no one would want to marry into that, that had a higher social status, only someone lower would want to marry an orphaned child. It’s again, the thing of you don’t exist as an individual in Confucian society you exist as part of a greater network and if you’re own parents aren’t there your network is much reduced and so is your worth. So it kinda is like a fake Stanley cup, just the status is in your family not an item you can buy. - the My Mister thing I think js not that Lia was forgotten but that Lia didn’t love My Mister, she only liked it. She didn’t love it in the same way she loves say, Misaeng or Reply 1988 to pick her other 2 fave slice of lives. So for My Mister fans (☝️) it felt like our love for this drama wasn’t reflected by any of the Noonas. That’s my 2 cents anyway 😂 (and me and Grace are still planning our MM deep dive/Confucian episode!)

I’m sure it was deliberate echo of the videos going around - so you guys shouldn’t do a version of those videos where the eldest and youngest talk LOADS and then they chop off of the middle child just as they’re about to speak 😂
