So I've returned from London with my family, and during the trip, my daughter Hazel and I met up with Patrons Sarah (@kdramathis and AfterNoona Asks) and Heather! I can't tell you how grateful I am that they both took the time to meet me. We ate bingsoo, took photo booth pics, and then gorged ourselves at a Korean BBQ restaurant. Heather was even kind when I selfishly drank the last of the rice wine (look, it was really good, okay? lol. But still, sorry Heather, haha). We talked Kdramas, parenting, vacations, and Americans' obsession with tipping lol.
We could have talked for hours. It was like a dinner with old friends even though it was the first time we'd all met in person. Thanks again for the warm welcome to London, Sarah and Heather!
I'm so grateful for all of you and this community. <3 I had a great time but I'm glad to be back. I missed Amy, Lia, and podcasting!
