I wasn't able to connect to the characters and didn't really enjoy this show. They didn't feel like real people to me, or maybe they felt like people I wouldn't want to meet.

2023-03-20 02:49:30 +0000 UTCWhat a total and unexpected delight. I was uncommitted by the first episode, but in the next, when the leads began interacting, I was hooked. Mature characters, such a joy, such that when they fell, it was right and juicy. The bromance was adorable, of course. Oh, and the OST was delightful. The only thing that didn’t grab me was the “romance” between the second leads—to me, she was a weak character, and I never bought that Won-joon fell for her. Also and personally, if I never again see a drama that drags in a first love to mess with the lead, I will be happy (ha, since losing that trope will not happen). A good, tight story like this one doesn’t need it.
