Whose Line Is It

I have a lot but one is from Misaeng which is one of my favorite dramas, spoken by character Han Seok-ryul (one of my favorite actors Byun Yo Han):
What do you think the life is? You think it’s a big queston? It’s simple. A collection of your choices is your life. The choices you make in each moment makes up the quality of your life.
There are lots of little convos in this drama and that is one that has stuck with me.

Drunken confessions by Captain Ri and Yoon Seri I loved this whole scene of them both admitting to longing for a future that is simple but very difficult to achieve and not guaranteed at all. I also love maturity of the gray hair and wrinkles. This couple was everything!!

So the chemistry and romance between the two main leads in Romance is a Bonus Book was the weakest part of this otherwise excellent drama. But I loved that each episode had quotes from books or lines in the show - there were great lines throughout this drama. And I really loved how they leaned into the love of books, as it was set in a publishing house.

It's from When the weather is fine, which is adapted from a novel I believe, but I haven't found any information on it being translated. Maybe with a few more years of learning Korean I'll be able to read it, I hope. The drama had beautiful prose in it. 😊 This quote resonates with me, with my history with social anxiety. Finding my place means a lot to me, and I find this quote and this show very comforting.
