Real quick, there's a typo where Tav says her supplies "goat soaked" when she landed. Moving on, Astarion is going to either thank Tav for recognising how fabulous he is even after butchering their way through a pack of goblins and worgs, or he's going to make a biting comment about her hygiene standards.
