Kammy, the panties' and city's owner. she has a panties that shine like a night sky, and it give light to the city that's inside, and every "day" they get a golden rain, sometimes it can take a whole day to stop. and sometimes this rain can sink the whole city for some hours, and she never changes the panties, cause she don't wan't to lose her loved little ones.
