Melissa (4k) and progress report

I doubt that anyone remembers how I said "no more new girls", r-right? Heh, that was, like, almost feels like a year ago, r-right? Wew, SO long ago! And I always stick to THE PLAN, everything I do is totally well thought out...

But anyway, jokes aside: this is Melissa.

Well, the week started super fucking slow: I tried to figure out the latest 0.7b increasing virus reports, then making Android repacks and various non-content related stuff. Didn't go well, but at least some things are now slightly more clear to me.

Who is Melissa and why are you adding another girl?

After my first try to lay out the future "Club" background and activities there, I had to scrap them. Shit just didn't feel right or interesting. This happens when you have your mind on something for too long, but when it's actually "making" time it just doesn't connect and you have to rethink the whole thing over.

For one, I had this lingering feeling: why, if the plot is going kinda towards screwing Sam's uncle, why am I forcing players to basically give the girls to him?

And for two, the girls I had plans to add the last year had some content planned for them too. And by content, I mean some fetishes. I have a (very) weak spot for hardcore and nasty lezdom. Not the soft stuff I did with E+M, something different.

And it clicked that I have a perfect opportunity to add a woman who's already pretty degenerate, skip the steps of corruption and do the stuff I wanted, AND get rid of "uncle problem".

So, here comes Melissa - a much older lady with a "rich" past.

She's managing the girls in the club: watches over them, makes sure the money is flowing, and gets some action for herself.

Technically, she works for Sam's uncle. But I will leave it to the players to decide if they want to interact with him or not. If not - they won't get bonuses to fight Gloria's resistance and other helpful stuff, but this will also keep Jason out of "business". If they want extra help (and extra scenes with him) - they'll be free to ask for it. In return he will take advantage of it: Gloria will pay with her ass, right as she likes to; Melissa will serve her employer better and (maybe) Maya will have something too in her slut route later.

Now. I'm at the very beginning of this thing: only did a full "introduction" event for Gloria with scenes and dialogues, some coding, and scenery building. But at least this time it feels right and I'm gonna continue.

Once I'm done with basic interactions for Gloria and the thing starts to function, I'll do a few steps back to tie everything E+M+club to the new system. Instead of destroying and rebuilding, I think it's better to keep and transform it a little bit.

I think that's all for now. I post on Twitter less interesting and smaller news, not sure this is gonna continue, but not everything I want to say is worth the Patreon post. Follow me just in case.
