February drawings

I don't have much to comment on this month's plans, just that I'll start the tier 3 drawings first, since I didn't deliver them last month, and that I intend to stay next week on vacation, working only Tuesday and Thursday so I can deliver the tier drawings as soon as possible so I don't delay the drawings anymore.
