The island isn't that big so it took us about 40 minutes before we reached the northern part. It was a lot quieter than in the south, but it was still lovely. We stopped at a small parking lot near a restaurant on the beach. Nina parked the car and we got out.

''I'm actually American, I have been living here for a few years now. I was a former professor in Geology but we are both retired, so, I am now a tour guide for a living, and I can't complain,'' he joked.

He smiled,
