June 2017 : Swimming and cooking in Huahine

We found internet paradise.

Baie d'Avea in Huahine, southwest of the island. Here, we get internet from the BOAT. We spent the last month updating all of our projects, our productivity went up 200%.

The best part of it is, it’s free, and the bay is absolutely stunning. The water is clear, and the reefs full of colourful fish.

The downside of the place is the lack of fresh food, we just finished our last onion. Devine & I have been eating a lot of canned goods as a result, but we still manage to cook great food with what we have on hand.

The faux-cheese recipe was adapted from Richa's Pepper jack cheese. The other recipe, is my own.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to work from. This was a good way to spend our last month in French Polynesia. We'll be heading over to Raiatea to fill our propane tank, and to find some extra alternator belts.

After that, we're off to Rarotonga in the Cook Islands!
