Yamaha 33
Added 2016-01-24 17:27:09 +0000 UTCThe vessel that was seen at the end of Episode I is now ours.
It's a beautiful Japanese 33' Sloop built in 1982, from Yamaha.
It's currently docked in Swartz Bay on Vancouver Island, it will be surveyed this week and readied for our arrival, around mid-febuary. Things are moving a lot quicker than we thought. We passed our radio class today, and are now both certified marine radio operators.
We adjusted our plans to leave this spring and will be sailing around the islands and Seattle this summer. We're learning a lot, meeting a lot of sailors. They all have stories to tell.
